3 Year Old Program

The 3-Year-Old Program serves as an important stepping stone in a child's educational journey, often marking their initial foray into a learning environment independent of their parents and surrounded by peers. At our kindergarten, we prioritize creating a happy, safe, and nurturing atmosphere, with programs specifically designed to foster children's social and emotional development. Central to our approach is a play-based learning curriculum that places a strong emphasis on the joy of learning, where children not only have fun but also discover the art of sharing, cooperation, and interaction, both with their peers and the surrounding environment.

In our 3-Year-Old Possums program, children attend for 10 hours each week, spread across 2 sessions of 5 hours each, within a group of up to 22 fellow learners. Our dedicated team comprises a Bachelor Qualified Kindergarten Teacher, Sally, who brings a wealth of expertise, and is ably assisted by two Diploma Qualified Co-Educators, Eve who works with the the children Wednesday and Friday and Rohini who works as an additional assistant on Friday. Together, they provide a rich learning experience that nurtures each child's growth and development.

To be eligible for enrollment, children must have celebrated their third birthday before April 30th of the enrollment year. We understand the importance of individual readiness, and children are welcomed to join our program once they have reached this milestone.

Our commitment to play-based education is rooted in the understanding that it is through play that children explore, learn, and develop essential skills. It is within the context of play that they build the foundation for future academic and social success, all while experiencing the joys of discovery and connection with their peers.
